From start to end, this was a lovely experience. Check-in was easy to find & the staff was very friendly. The boat itself was clean and had a nice roof to keep everything dry (which was good since it had rained just moments before our trip). The guide was wonderful, the narration in German (for my mother-in-law) was perfect, and it was so nice to see a different version of the city after living here for 1.5 years. Absolutely recommend!
